T-bone, Porterhouse, Long Bone Ribeye, Veal Chops, Pork Chops, London Broil, Lamb Chops and Ribs are available and priced depending on Market Condition and Size.

The Buffet includes your choice of Steak and one selection from each of the three following groups:

Group One:

• Fresh Fruit
• Romaine Salad tossed with Fresh Plum Tomatoes, Red Onions, Homemade Croutons and Irish Dressing
• Wild Greens tossed with Fresh Plum Tomatoes and Balsamic Vinaigrette

Group Two:

• Wheatberry Rice Pilaf
• Steamed Redskin Potatoes in an Herb Butter
• Pasta tossed with Homemade Marinara
• Twice Baked Potatoes with Chopped Chives, Sour Cream, Butter and an additional $2.50 per person.

Group Three:

• Steamed Fresh Vegetable Medley
• Beans and Greens
• Green Bean Ali Olio
